UPDATE: We moved the meetup at the pool from the Lux pool to the Foxtail pool. Both pools are at the SLS hotel, but by moving it to Foxtail Pool you don’t have to be staying at the hotel to join us. Foxtail pool is really easy to find on the first floor of SLS.
As we mentioned in the registration email, we’ve organized a few casual networking events for those who arrive on Wednesday, May 6th for the Health IT Marketing and PR conference. Below you’ll find the details for both events. Please RSVP (RSVP is now closed) if you’d like to go to the Light Nightclub event. If your name is not on the list at the club, it’s unlikely you’ll be able to get in.
Cabana at LUX Foxtail Pool – We’ve reserved an HITMC cabana at the Foxtail Pool (on the first floor of the SLS hotel) which is available to anyone attending HITMC all day on Wednesday. Just mention HITMC and they’ll give you access to the cabana. I’m told they have internet poolside, so feel free to head there and get some work done alongside other HITMC colleagues. I’m planning to be there in the afternoon (probably between 3-5 PM) to start connecting with attendees as well. Food and drinks are available for purchase.
Light Nightclub – At 10:00 PM on Wednesday we’ll be meeting in front of the concierge at SLS Las Vegas and heading over to Light Nightclub as a VIP group. If you’d like to attend and network with your fellow HITMC attendees over drinks, we need to have your name on the guest list. Please fill out this form (RSVP is Closed) so we can add you to the guest list at Light. As Light is a Vegas nightclub, they do have a dress code to enter (No sandals, shorts, etc) so dress accordingly. We’ll be providing a ride to Light and access to the club, but food, drinks, and transportation home is on your own.
