Elisa’s passion is “making things happen” by creating meaningful connections between companies and their consumers. Her broad marketing expertise has allowed her to cross barriers within and outside organizations, encouraging unprecedented opportunities for inventive thinking and revenue generating solution creation.
At IOD, Elisa is responsible for all aspects of marketing including strategy, brand positioning, product messaging, integrated programs and demand generation. A true innovator and catalyst who brings more than 25 years of experience – ranging from startups to the Fortune 100, Elisa connects IOD’s products and services to the constantly changing healthcare information ecosystem.
Prior to joining IOD, Elisa was a Senior Consultant at Dialogos working on organizational change and leadership development for global organizations. Before that, she was the Vice President of Marketing Communications for AspenTech, a $300M software company where she contributed to the company’s successful turnaround. In 1998, she spearheaded the agency team that created the Gold Card Events program for American Express, a groundbreaking customer loyalty program that is still running today.
Elisa holds a BA from Drew University in English Literature and a badge of courage from her orthopedic surgeon.
