Swaay.Health Live 2024 (formerly HITMC Annual Conference) is just around the corner and to help us round out the agenda, we have launched our Call for Speakers. Our goal is to create engaging, thought-provoking, and relevant content for our attendees by collaborating with experts like yourselves from the Swaay.Health community.
Speaking at Swaay.Health is a fantastic experience. Our event is known for its practical and useful takeaways. If you are a healthcare marketing, PR or communications professional working at a provider, Health IT company, agency, payer, media outlet or non-profit organization we would welcome your session proposal.
Our audience appreciates interesting stories, tips, strategies, and practical advice delivered through panel discussions, debates, lectures, workshops, and fireside chats. .
If you have ever thought to yourself, “I think my experience with X would be a great story to share with others” – now is your chance!
Here is a general outline of the type of speakers we are looking for:
- Passionate about sharing knowledge with others
- Excited about marketing, healthcare and/or technology
- First-hand experience with the subject matter
- Able to share the ROI or benefits that resulted from the new program, solution or process
- Creative, dynamic speakers & presenters

To submit a session proposal, just fill out this short Call for Speakers form. Here’s an easy Word document with all the questions if you’d like to prepare them offline before you submit. All submissions will be reviewed by the Swaay.Health Content Committee and those chosen will be contacted via email.
Swaay.Health Live 2024 is an in-person event and we require everyone to abide by our Swaay.Health Live Safety Requirements. We will have contingency plans in place for extenuating circumstances, but our goal is to have as many speakers in person as possible.

Note: All those who submit to the Call for Speakers will be given a code to register at the super early bird rate if their session is not selected for Swaay.Health Live 2024.
