Ha Mai

In 2017, Ha joined Redox as an operations manager in their mission to help make healthcare data useful and empower patients. At Redox, Ha develops customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and company goals. She collaborates cross-teams to create, implement, and maintain organized data systems and procedures. As the platform subject matter expert, Ha facilitates best practices encouraging good data hygiene that lay the groundwork for Redox’s data-driven operations.

Ha received her Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture with a minor in Environmental Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her planning and design background provides a strong foundation in her abilities to develop and innovate technical solutions to novel problems.
