Jessica Walker

For over 15 years, Jessica has been supporting patient and employee engagement strategies with demonstrated financial and quality improvement impact. Using social science research and predictive analytics and as a trusted executive level partner, she has helped leaders, stakeholders and teams align data analytics, technology, and operational resources to drive significant business outcomes.

Jessica has extensive experience in CRM investments and utilization, Digital Engagement, consumer management, marketing strategy, and patient facing health technology. She has presented at industry conferences and provided expertise on industry topics such as; health reform, meaningful use, patient portal adoption, value-based purchasing and improving the patient’s experience.

She founded Care Sherpa to support providers with volume and revenue growth through lead follow up and patient support services. Prior to founding Care Sherpa, Jessica built Patient and Employee strategies as a Regional Director for Press Ganey. In addition, she spent the early part of her career with the Gallup Organization managing the Healthcare Practice clients and operations in Patient and Employee Engagement. Jessica obtained her Masters of Arts in Communications/Human Resources from the University of Nebraska Omaha and her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from Western Michigan University. She currently resides in Nashville, TN.
