Naila Maroon

Naila manages all marketing and communications programs to support organizational business objectives, and works closely with the Sales team to execute a successful lead-generation process. Since 2011, she has uniquely positioned Voalte as the leader in healthcare IT, and has strengthened the company’s brand through consistent messaging, strategic marketing programs and the company’s acclaimed annual user conference. Naila led the Marketing team in a company rebrand, earning a Silver 2014 District ADDY Award for the design of the Voalte website. Prior to Voalte, Naila was Marketing Specialist for Kroll Ontrack, where she oversaw marketing initiatives for North America, Canada and parts of Europe for the data recovery and software business lines. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida International University.
